Position: Assistant Business Manager Location: Administration Building-Business Office Qualifications: Accounting degree or strong accounting background with a familiarity with fund accounting. Experience with closing the books and preparing financial statements. Experience with a full range of school business office functions such as payroll (including payroll tax and retirement system filing), purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping and asset management. Experience with state and federal reporting including but not limited to SAMS and Medicaid cost report. Knowledge of a school enterprise software system such as nVision as well as Excel. Supervisory Experience. Requirements: NYS certification as a School District Administrator (SDA), School Business Administrator (SBA) or School District Business Leader (SDBL)Apply on OLAS
