Position: General Mechanic Location: LBHS Requirements: Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance work. Experience monitoring and adjusting BMS from a remote station is a plus. Applicant must have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of tools specific to the mechanical and other trades, proficiency with tool usage including measuring, testing, and maintaining logs. Ability to remain level-headed in pressure situations, being communicative, and helpful. Display the willingness to learn and better oneself in the mechanical trades. OSHA or other safety training is a plus. Compensation: According to the Group C contract
