The Lansingburgh Central School District is seeking a dynamic, organized, and student-centered individual to serve as the 21st Century Program Director. This position oversees the District's federally funded 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program, providing academic enrichment, family engagement, and expanded learning opportunities for both middle school and high school students. Responsibilities include but shall not be limited to the following: Provide leadership and oversight of all 21st Century programming. Coordinate academic, enrichment, and family engagement activities. Recruit, supervise, and support program staff and community partners. Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with federal and state grant requirements. Collect, analyze, and report program data and outcomes. Collaborate with school administrators, faculty, families, and community organizations. Coordinate transportation, meals, and operational needs for program activities. Promote continuous improvement and long-term sustainability of the program. Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience with grant-funded programs, budgeting, data collection, and reporting preferred. Commitment to student success and family engagement.
