Lansingburgh Central School District is now accepting applications for a Teaching Assistant or Aide to work in a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) self-contained classroom. These positions are full-time and 10-month positions. Teaching Assistants will be on a tenure track and Teacher Aides will be retain permanency in accordance with Section 75 of Civil Service Law. Salary steps may be negotiable depending on level of education, certification and/or experience. Valid NYS Teaching Assistant certification is preferred, but not required. Work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:15am - 2:15pm.Compensation RangeCertified Teaching Assistants: $20.17/hr - $31.09/hrTeacher Aides: $19.02/hr - $22.84/hrLansingburgh Central School District offers a highly competitive pay scale as well as excellent benefits.
