VACANCY: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Summary The Lakeland Central School District is seeking a highly qualified and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analytic services that support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs. The BCBA will work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, related service providers, and families to develop and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote student success in the least restrictive environment. REQ UIRED: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field; New York State certification in Special Education, School Psychology, or another appropriate certification required; Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs; Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based Practices; Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
