Position: Supervisor of Physical Education, Health & Athletics The Lakeland Central School District is excited to welcome a passionate and energetic leader to our team as the Supervisor of Physical Education, Health, and Athletics. We are seeking a leader who is not only visible and engaged but also skilled in fostering a culture of collaboration and trust across our schools and district. Key Qualifications:A dedicated educator capable of fostering a positive learning environment with high standards of conduct for our student-athletes.Proven leadership in curriculum development, staff development, and the organization and administration of district-level Physical Education, Health and Athletic programs.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.Requirements:NYS certification as a School District Administrator (SDA/SDL and in Physical Education is required. Additional certification in Health is preferred.A minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience in Physical Education and/or HealthLocation: District-WideStart Date: October 2024 (anticipated)Type of Appointment: Probationary Tenure TrackSalary: Pursuant to agreement with the Association of Lakeland Administrators (salary range $135,252- $168,169) based on experience
