Our success is built on a foundation of collaboration—among our expert providers, the families we serve, and the municipalities that support our programs.Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team and provide behavior consultation services within our preschool and satellite classrooms. This role involves working directly with classroom teachers, students, and staff to support behavioral needs and enhance learning environments.Location: Little Angels Center, including local district satellite classrooms Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PMKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support students’ developmental and behavioral goals.Develop and maintain Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as necessary.Provide in-classroom support, coaching, and consultation for teaching staff.Address and help resolve behavioral concerns alongside classroom teams.Travel between the main site and two local satellite classrooms to deliver services.Complete additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Current BCBA certification.Current LBA license in New York State.Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with special needs.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Positive attitude and commitment to supporting children and families.Why Join Us?Supportive, team-oriented environmentOpportunities for professional developmentMeaningful work with a focus on making a differenceCome grow with us!
