Little Angels Center is a multidisciplinary agency dedicated to ensuring an individualized approach to therapy, utilizing the most current treatment strategies, to maximize one’s potential. Little Angels Center's success is attributed to our expert team’s ability to foster strong relationships between providers, families and the municipalities that we service. The BCBA will provide Direct Service providers oversight, observations, supervision of cases, and training pertaining to Applied Behavior Analysis and Early Intervention.Duties and Responsibilities:Supervision of providers providing ABA services either center-based or home-based.Plans/creates/conducts on-going trainings and training materials for all provider providing ABA services.Provide Family Training on cases as assigned.Maintain a billable caseload.Design, review, make necessary changes to ABA program books.Develop goals, track data, and train ABA providers on each individual child’s ABA program book.Provide support to providers to facilitate problem resolution, communication between team members and service provision.Ensure compliance with NYS early intervention guidelines.Sharing of information with family/providers on community resources.Travel required.Perform other duties as assigned.Experience/Qualifications/ Education:BCBA required.LBA required.Must have supervision certificate from BACB.Maintains current licensure/certification as required by Professional licensing board.Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.Supervisory experience preferred.Basic computer literacy of Word, Excel, etc.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to function independently and multitask.Must be a team player work well with others.
