Location: Operations & MaintenanceAnticipated Start Date: Now through June 30, 2025 Hours: Monday through Friday/ 6-8 hours per day/Up to 29.5 hours per week/anywhere between 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Salary and Benefits: $31.60 per hourJob Description: Miscellaneous repairs of building electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, doors, locks, and shades. Minor repairs and replacement of ceiling tiles, patching holes in sheetrock, repairing cabinets and shelves. Maintenance of buildings and grounds equipment as needed, assisting with air filter changes, greasing of fan bearings, belt replacements, and checking fluid levels in equipment. Grounds maintenance including, mowing, weed trimming, athletic field line striping, leaf blowing, snow shoveling, and plowing. Assists with all athletic field setups and breakdowns, cleans up bathrooms in the athletic field buildings, removes trash from outdoor containers on the campus. Assists the maintenance mechanics with minor project work, helping with tools, setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the work site. The mechanic is also expected to be able to take notes, follow directions, instructions. Must follow all standard operating procedures regarding uniforms, keys, timeclocks, building access, communications with coworkers, and reporting to the maintenance foreperson and director of facilities. Valid driver's license required.
