A successful candidate must: Possess a current NYS certification for Business Grades 7-12Demonstrate enthusiasm for building relationships with students as much as the subjectHave experience with, or understanding of, project-based learning and strategies and strategies to engage with students of all ability levels Maintain a commitment to implementing varied instructional and assessment strategiesDemonstrate an understanding of the New York State Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education FrameworkBe reflective about teaching practicesWork collaboratively with all colleagues.
