JOHNSON CITY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST 2- Positions DATE: May 21, 2026 EFFECTIVE DATE OF ASSIGNMENT: September 1, 2026 LOCATION: Johnson City Elementary School STARTING SALARY: Current Entry Salary (Higher rates available with prior experience) Bachelors: $59,136 Masters: $63,352 REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: - Candidates should have NYS Certification in Speech Language Disabilities or Speech and Hearing Handicapped. - NYS license to practice speech-language pathology or eligibility to begin NYS Supervised Experience in Speech-Language Pathology. - American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCCs) preferred. - Candidates eligible to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered. - Candidates who have just completed degrees and are finalizing certification are welcome to apply.
