JOHNSON CITY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST DATE: March 16, 2026 EFFECTIVE DATE OF ASSIGNMENT: September 1, 2026 LOCATION: Johnson City Elementary School STARTING SALARY: Current Entry Salary (Higher rates available with prior experience) Bachelors: $59,136 Masters: $63,352 REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: Candidates should have NYS Certification in Speech Language Disabilities or Speech and Hearing Handicapped. NYS license to practice speech-language pathology or eligibility to begin NYS Supervised Experience in Speech-Language Pathology. American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCCs) preferred. Candidates eligible to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered. Candidates who have just completed degrees and are finalizing certification are welcome to apply.
