Develops and facilitates learning experiences that are engaging, relevant, collaborative and align with the school district vision and goals. Must possess knowledge and experience with Fountas and Pinnell Reading assessments, Fundations, the reading/writing workshop model and its instructional components, and enVisions math. Promotes a positive classroom culture sensitive to students developmental and individual needs. Modifies and differentiates instruction based on student learning styles.
