Tentative Assignment: Violet Avenue ElementaryKey Responsibilities:Provide targeted reading instruction and interventions to support students' literacy developmentCollaborate with classroom teachers, instructional support staff, and families to improve student outcomesUse data-driven strategies to assess student needs and monitor progressDeliver both push-in and pull-out services aligned with district curriculum and best practicesSupport the development of a positive and inclusive literacy-rich learning environmentQualifications:Required:New York State Certification in Reading (Birth – Grade 6) or Reading (K – 12)Preferred:Familiarity with restorative practices, culturally responsive pedagogy, and evidence-based instructional strategies.
