Our mission is to empower our community to strive for excellence and embrace the opportunities of our globally connected world.Position: Director of Facilities III (Schools) (Full Time/12 Month/Probationary)Start date: 7/1/2023Annual Salary: $95,000-115,000/year (commensurate with education and prior experience)Benefits: health insurance 15% contribution/$2200 health insurance buy out, dental insurance, life insurance, vacation/discretionary/sickCandidate must be highly-motivated professional with leadership experience. Experience with onsite administration/supervision of large Capital Projects (currently $35.7 million). In addition, she/he will be focused on assisting and collaborating with District administration and staff in the implementation of District initiatives, priorities and goals. Successful candidate must possess strong communication skills; exceptional knowledge of best practices; ability to collaborate well with all stakeholders and a record of successful experience.Preferred Qualification: BilingualRequired: Currently holds or previously held permanent competitive civil service status as Director of Facilities III (Schools) or Currently on the civil service certification of eligibles list for Director of Facilities III (Schools) and reachable for permanent appointment
