Hoosick Falls Elementary School is a small, rural school serving students in grades UPK-4. We are seeking a full-time probationary appointment teacher. The individual will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons aligning with the New York State Next Generation Learning Standards and conducting relevant assessments to measure student progress throughout the school year. The candidate must be able to work cooperatively with parents, the grade level team and related service providers.
