Harborfields Central School District is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative English as a New Language (ENL) Teacher to serve as a short-term leave replacement at Washington Drive Primary School. The successful candidate will provide engaging, student-centered ENL instruction and collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to meet the academic and linguistic needs of English Language Learners. Following the leave replacement assignment, the successful candidate is anticipated to transition into a District-wide Permanent Substitute Teacher position for the remainder of the school year. Qualifications: Valid New York State certification in English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Experience working with elementary-aged English Language Learners preferred Strong instructional, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment Location: Washington Drive Primary School, followed by District-wide assignment.
