ANTICIPATED PROBATIONARY POSITION EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES Effective Date: July 1, 2025 Requirements: NYS School District Administrator (SDA) or NYS School District Leader (SDL) CertificationQualifications:Five years of successful administrative experience.Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, retention, development and employee evaluation.Knowledge of education laws, contract interpretation, SED regulations and civil service rules.Knowledge of and experience with school district operations and procedures.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
