The Cortland/Homer Golden Eagles Boys Hockey team has an exciting opportunity for a Varsity Head Coach.Develop and implement effective practice plans that focus on skill development, strategy, and team cohesion.Organize and oversee all aspects of team operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and equipment management.Foster communication with local youth hockey organizations to ensure proper development and interest in the high school programCollaborate with assistant coaches, athletic directors, and school administration on program development and budget management.Ensure compliance with school and league policies regarding athlete eligibility, safety protocols, and code of conduct.Must have NYS Coaching Certification.
