Assign work, supervise and work with a small staff of maintainers engaged in maintaining, and making repairs to buildings and grounds. Requisition and distribute building supplies. Maintain supply inventory. Qualifications Four years of satisfactory journey-level experience performing specialized building maintenance and/or repair activities.
