2025 - 2026 SCHOOL YEAR VACANCIES Internal Candidates OnlyPOSITIONS: (8) OMH SUCCESS COACHES REPORTS TO: Building PrincipalQUALIFICATIONS: Valid New York State School Psychologist and/or Social Work certificationGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide mentoring and coaching for students and parents identified in need of Tier 2/3 support before or after school.Develop Student Success Plans to target are of need; SEL, attendance and level of engagement (up to 20 scholars).Monitor the effectiveness of the Student Success Plan (and modify as needed).Use the problem-solving model of tiered level of intervention and analysis of data to drive decisions at the individual level.Participate in MTSS Success Meetings (use MTSS/EWI protocols).Maintain student and parent contact and service logs.LOCATION: DistrictwideHOURS: Elementary – 3:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. Secondary – 7:30 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. (Not to exceed 20 hours per month.
