The goal will be to increase academic success when it comes to grade level reading and writing. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: Continued work with Bridge to Reading Continued work with independent reading practices Embedding writing practices within the POI for each Grade Intime and on demand coaching Curriculum revisions and conducting coaching cycles? Data-Driven Support Collaborate with Interventionists for Grades K-6? Providing professional learning for reading and writing? Sharing strategies to improve literacy? Creating protocols for differentiating instruction? Analyzing data and creating reports for reflection and action? Providing tutorials for increasing fluency? Sharing best practices for increasing comprehension? Sharing best practices for reading and writing across content areas? Creating tutorials for parents to encourage routines to increase literary at home? Creating model lessons that demonstrate scaffolding and interventions?
