Instructional Coach Position Purpose: Under the general supervision of the supervisor, the Instructional Coach will work with classroom teachers to support student learning.  The Instructional Coach will focus on individual and group professional development that will expand and refine the understanding about researched-based effective instruction.  In order to meet this purpose, the Instructional Coach will provide personalized support that is based on the goals and identified needs of individual teachers in a collaborative manner. The Instructional Coach position is a 10 month teaching position with up to 15 additional summer days.Please visit http://www.herkimer-boces.org/employment to apply and for more information.
