Culinary Arts TeacherPosition DetailInstruct 11th and 12th grade Career & Technical students in the National Restaurant Association ProStart areas of Knives, Sanitation, Safety, Equivalents, History of Food, Equipment & Techniques, Communication, Stocks/Soups/Sauces, Management, Fruits/Vegetables, Potatoes/Grains, Careers, Serving, Baking/Pastry, Marketing, Sustainability, Cost Control, Purchasing/Inventory, Global Cuisines, Desserts/Baked Goods, Salads/Garnishes, Breakfast Foods/Sandwiches, and Meat/Poultry/Seafood. This position will immerse you in hands on learning experiences for the students, which will prepare them for entry level job and/or college success. Candidate will work alongside current academic instructors to infuse integrated concepts of Math, Science & English Language Arts into the Culinary program.
