James I. O'Neill High School is seeking a NYS teacher certified in Special Education 7-12 who aligns with our vision of providing our students, educators and the communities we serve with the global knowledge, cultural understanding and skills needed to compete in the global community.An ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency with using technology in the classroom, have enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills; be a collaborative team player willing to work with a wide range of students, families, faculty and staff. Experience and an additional certification in Science would be preferred. A candidate with NYS Students with Disabilities Generalist 7-12 certification would also be considered.NYSED fingerprint clearance is required.
