Highland Falls Intermediate School is seeking a qualified candidate to offer targeted support to 8th grade students who will be taking the Spanish Regents Exam (Checkpoint A). The ideal candidate should possess:A thorough understanding of the Spanish language and the 7th and 8th grade curriculum;Experience in administering the Checkpoint A exam in New York and preparing students for such assessments;Availability for in-person sessions twice a week starting at 3:00 p.m.;Availability for a two-hour session on Saturdays;Ability to create and provide test preparation materials tailored to support student learning;Capability to deliver effective test preparation lessons;A valid NYS certification in Spanish (Grades 7-12);NYSED fingerprint clearance.Please send a cover letter and resume for consideration.
