Special Education TeacherThe Half Hollow Hills School District anticipates an opening for a probationary Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Successful candidates must have a strong background across all academic areas. Responsibilities include collaborating with general education teachers to prepare effective lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, providing insutruction to support student learning within the classroom and executing IEPs. Successful candidates will need to maintain IEP data, create meaningful IEPs and participate in meetings of the Committee on Special Education. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Starting Salary: Step 1 - BA: $61,762. MA: $70,918
