Implement, monitor and optimize new and existing Local Area Network servers.Maintain and update user Active Directory and Group Policy objects.Install, configure and maintain network domain controllers SAN and fileservers.Analyze and take corrective action to resolve network problems involvingcomputers, network hardware and network operating systems using appropriateanalyzing tools.Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of; Windows Server, LAN networking strategies,network architecture, equipment protocols, and capacity planning.Understanding of OSI model with special focus on Layers 5, 6, and 7.Able to install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows clients, Chromebooks and iPads.Must have strong interpersonal skills; oral and written, background in training.Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience/education required,ability to work in team environment, desire to learn and maintain broad range ofhardware and software, flexibility to work alternate shifts on an as-needed basis.Certification in Microsoft products is strongly preferred; must be able to meet CivilService requirements.A driver’s license and vehicle are needed for inter-school travel.
