JOB REQUIREMENTS: Design a Summer Success model that promotes student achievement and social-emotional awareness.Build the HS Summer Success Master Schedule to allow flexibility for small group, team teaching & entire grade level instruction. Responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring and assigning the faculty and staff. Monitor daily attendance throughout the summer.Oversee the academic and behavioral performance of all students in the HS Summer Success program. Schedule and conduct appropriate conferences and meetings with faculty, staff, students, parents, and guardians.Work directly with MS Assistant Principal & HS Principal to ensure the successful operation of the summer programming.
