HFM BOCES Special Education Division has an opening and is accepting applications for a 10-month, full-time, tenure track Social Worker located at Canajoharie High School. There may be additional opportunity for summer work for the Extended School Year Program. Basic Duties:Looking for a Social Worker with experience working with children/adolescents with a variety of psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders.Can develop Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Interventions Plans with positive behavioral supports preferred. Qualifications:New York State Certification as a Social WorkerFormal job offer/selection is contingent on ability to obtain a fingerprint supported criminal history background check through the TEACH system prior to working.
