The Herkimer CSD is accepting applications for an Academic Support Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year at the Jr/Sr High School. We are looking for someone to provide regular education students who are at risk of failure with academic support in all subject areas as well as support in soft skill acquisition. Create an environment of minimal stress and distractions that allow students to gain trust and confidence in the school environment. Coordinate with direct instruction teachers to keep students up to date and current with assigned work.All NYS 7-12 certifications will be considered.
