Must possess a valid NYS Teacher Certification IB training will be required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all aspects of the IB Career-related Programme in partnership with the High School Principal, District Administration, Director of CTE, Digital Learning & Innovation, and the DP Coordinator Support teachers with planning, assessment strategies, access to documentation, and ongoing collaboration Skill in using data and reflective practices to drive program improvement Facilitate professional development and build understanding of IB standards, practices, approaches to teaching and learning, and the IB learner profile Oversee the CP core components, including Personal & Professional Skills, the Reflective Project, and Service Learning Communicate curriculum updates and support vertical and horizontal alignment across departments Collaborate with CTE teachers, industry partners, and postsecondary institutions to maintain relevant and meaningful career-related studies Support students in understanding pathway requirements, certifications, and postsecondary opportunities Engage in recruitment, outreach, and onboarding of prospective CP students Support development of marketing materials and information sessions Provide guidance to students regarding their career-related study and career pathways in partnership with the Director of CTE, Digital Learning & Innovation Partner with the DP Coordinator on IB exam registration, coordination, and facilitation Lead the self-study and five-year review process Support program orientation and promote the IB Career Programme to students, families, and the community Support supervisors and mentors working with CP students on the Reflective Project and Service Learning activities Work with administration to ensure budget alignment with program needs Carry out all other duties related to the IB Career-related Programme
