The ideal candidate will be a New York State-certified School Building Leader with a strong background in educational leadership and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.*A minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching experience.*At least five years of demonstrated leadership experience at the building or district level (preferred).*A proven record of effective instructional leadership, including the selection, supervision, and evaluation of staff.*Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.*A commitment to engaging with students, parents, and the community beyond the school day.*A lifelong learner with a demonstrated ability to positively influence school culture.*Experience in the development and implementation of a master schedule.*Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.*Proficiency in instructional technology to enhance student learning.*Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive school climate.*Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and financial planning.
