Required Qualifications: •Valid NYS School District Leader (SDL), School District Administrator (SDA), or Administrator certification. •Proven record of success, including a minimum of five years of building and/or district-level administrative experience or related human resources experience. •In-depth knowledge and experience with personnel administration across all areas, including NYSED, Civil Service and federal/state regulations and compliance, labor and employee relations, negotiations and grievances, policy review and implementation, recruitment and onboarding. •Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ability to cultivate meaningful relationships, and a commitment to building a positive, inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
