We celebrate diversity, inclusion, and equity, and welcome applicants representative of our diverse and multicultural community for the following vacancy: Assistant Bus Dispatcher Transportation Hours: M-TH, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, 12 month Effective: Immediately Duties include: Coordinate field trip transportation Assist with year-round routing Manage heavy call volume Maintain staff records and trip logs Requirements: Graduation from high school At least 21 years of age One year satisfactory bus driving and/or motor vehicle dispatching experience Valid driver's license with CDL preferred [or obtained after hire] Meet and maintain New York State Article 19-A requirements Proficient in MS & Google Suite and Transfinder Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Spanish highly preferred Salary : In accordance with Buildings & Grounds Supervisors Association agreement If interested, applications must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
