Great Neck Public Schools is seeking anticipated probationary Vocal Music teacher for E. M. Baker Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year.Preferred applicants:possess experience teaching general music and chorus including theory, appreciation, history and ensemblepossess strong vocal and piano skillshave knowledge of music education philosophies (Kodaly, Orff, Dalcroze, etc.)possess experience supporting musical theatre productions, preparing students for various performances, designing and delivering large-scale concerts, and taking an active role in a large school communityAppropriate NYS K-12 Music certification requiredEstimated salary: Step 1 BA-Step 3 Doctorate ($64,375-$97,075).
