In keeping with the administrators' contract, the compensation package for this tenure track position includes an expected annual starting salary of $192,217 with excellent benefits. The successful candidate will be expected to begin service 30 days after being formally appointed. Our nationally recognized pre-K through 12 public school district, located on the north shore of Nassau County, Long Island, seeks a diverse pool of candidates who lead with integrity, have proven records of collaboration, and who exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will make positive connections with our diverse population, further advance school spirit, and be an active presence at school events and contests. Responsibilities also include budget development, creating supervision, paraprofessional, and proctoring schedules, and teacher observations and evaluations across content areas.Minimum qualifications: at least three years of successful, full-time secondary school administrative experience, preferably at the high school level ? Five years of classroom teaching service ? Expertise in leading effective, innovative instructional and professional development ? Skilled at building the master schedule and building budget ?
