The Great Neck Adult Learning Center is looking for a part-time teacher to provide GED instruction, to adult students. The candidate will be able to present engaging lessons in the subject areas of English Language Arts, math, science, and social studies. The location of the position is at the Adult Learning Center, 105 Clover Drive, Great Neck, NY 11021. The hours are Tues., Wed., and Thurs. 5:30 - 9:00 pm, June 25th - July 25th (no school on July 4th). The teacher must commit to all 14 sessions of the evening program. The selected candidate MUST be NYS Certified (grades 7-12) in one or more of the above-mentioned subject areas.
