Position: Part-time Special Education Teaching Assistant (multiple positions) Location: District Wide, grade level K-12Hours: Expected hours are:Elementary School: 9:00 am – 3:00 pmMiddle School: 8:30 am – 3:00 pmHigh School: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm Effective: 2024 – 2025 school yearTen-month position, subject to annual reappointmentDuties: Support teachers and assist special education students. Provide intervention services directly to individual students and in small group settings. Requirements: Applicant MUST be NYS teacher or teaching assistant certified. Minimum of 60 college credits is preferred. ABA experience and experience working with students with autism is highly preferred.
