The Great Neck Public Schools seeks Assistant Gymnastics Coaches for Great Neck North and South HS's.Start date: 11/13/23Stipend per contract: $6525.49QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:· New York Certified Teacher/Coach· NYSED approved CPR/AED and First Aid Certification.· NYSED approved Fingerprint Clearance.· Concussion Management Certification (NFHS or CDC)· Extensive Knowledge of sport, playing experience, High School, College, other.· Demonstrable knowledge and ability concerning health, safety, and training techniques for sport.· Demonstrable knowledge and ability to establish high standards of student conduct in and around facilities (i.e., locker room, buses, etc.)· Demonstrable knowledge and ability to work effectively with parents, students, and staff in a manner consistent with established philosophy and goals of the district.· Availability for practices and games as scheduled by the school and Section.Other duties, considered necessary and reasonable, as assigned by district supervisory/administrative staff.
