Salaries are highly competitive.Responsibilities: Provide student-centered leadership for and oversight of five elementary settings: curriculum/materials selection, implementation, and evaluation; supervision of instruction and building leadership; staff selection; budget development. Collaborate extensively with building and district administrators and teachers. Coordinate and write the Consolidated Grant. Attend, make presentations at, and participate in Board of Education public meetings and executive sessions. Develop, deliver, and oversee professional development. Interact with stakeholders to respond to needs and concerns. Serve on the Professional Development Plan, APPR, Staff Selection Advisory, and Inservice committees.Qualifications: Minimum five years of successful elementary-level administrative experience plus five years of classroom teaching service. Deep knowledge of elementary instruction and standards across content areas including balanced literacy, conceptual mathematics, and NGSS.
