Position: Senior Maintainer Location: District Wide Hours: M-F; 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, 12 months Effective: Immediately Duties: -Performs interior & exterior work to buildings and infrastructure including: painting, wall repairs, sheetrock, plastering, staining, carpentry, finish carpentry, glass replacement, minor plumbing & electrical, caulking, furniture assembly, lock repair/replacement, equipment installs, etc. -Installs, repairs, and maintains: floors, windows, doors, partitions, framing work, etc. -Assists with snow removal, cleanup from weather related events, and other district emergencies as needed. Requirements: Four years of satisfactory journey-level experiences performing specialized building maintenance and/or repair activities.
