COME JOIN OUR TEAM AS A HEALTHCARE PATHWAYS SPECIALIST!We invite you to join our team of dedicated professionals by applying for an immediate opening as a Healthcare Pathways Specialist beginning September 1, 2025.Job DescriptionThe Healthcare Pathway Specialist is a school district employee who serves in a dedicated role to support healthcare workforce development in partnership with Centralus Health. Acting as a critical link between the school district and the health system, this position coordinates student-related programs that strengthen career pipelines and create meaningful educational and clinical experiences for local students.This role is responsible for managing partnerships with high schools, colleges, and community organizations to design, implement, and expand talent pipeline initiatives by serving as the primary liaison between the school district, Centralus Health, and academic partners to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of student-related programs.Requirements:Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Secondary Education, Business or Career Counseling, or a related discipline desired.Experience working within student recruitment or experience in a non-profit organization, health system, business, K-12 education, or college.Additional:This is a 12-month position beginning September 1st or as soon as possible thereafterSalary range is $55,000 - $60,000 plus benefitsPlease upload cover letter, resume and three current letters of recommendation
