School Nurse (RN) Substitutes - 2024/2025 School YearJob DescriptionThe Germantown CSD is seeking an energetic and upbeat nursing professional to work as a substitute in our school during the 2024/2025 school year as needed. Fingerprinting required. All Civil Service laws, rules, and regulations apply.COMPENSATION: $33 per hour WORK SCHEDULE:The expected hours of the position are 7:30am-3pm on designated days as needed. SPECIFIC DUTIES:Typical work may include but is not limited to the following:Administer medications (if needed)Administer first aid and emergency treatment to students and employeesPrepare and maintain health records for school authoritiesArranges to transport sick or injured students/employees in cases of emergencyInspects buildings and grounds and reports on general safety and sanitationOrders, inventories and oversees the storage of first aid and health related supplies and equipmentRelated work as required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:New York State Registered Professional Nurse license.Current CPR/AED
