Under the general supervision of a designated supervisor, the Building Maintenance Mechanic has theresponsibility for the repair, maintenance and operation of buildings and associated equipment. The workrequires the efficient performance of skilled tasks to complete varied inspections, maintenance and repairs.Work is performed in accordance with established policies and procedures including work order system.
