The Greenville Central School District is seeking an individual for an anticipated Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources position effective July 2025. Minimum Qualifications: Valid certification as a NYS School District Administrator [S.D.A.], School District Leader [S.D.L.] or equivalent; A Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study [C.A.S.] or higher from an accredited college or university in educational administration and supervision or equivalent; Demonstrated leadership ability in working with faculty, staff, administration and the general public; Minimum of five or more years of successful experience working with students; Three to five years successful administrative and/or leadership experience preferred; Possess the ability to communicate in a highly effective manner verbally and through writing with school and community stakeholders; Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
