Greenburgh-North Castle UFSD is seeking a qualified (.5) Transition Coordinator. The Transition Coordinator is responsible for supervising the District's Transition Program. The preferred candidate will have experience managing a vocational skills program for students with disabilities to ensure those students succesfully transition from school to post-secondary life.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Conduct vocational assesments.Participate in development of transition plans.Coordinate school and local resources to provide vocational opportunities.Develop postsecondary linkages.Preferred candidates will have:Doctorate.NYSED Transition Planning training.Positive Behavioral Supports training.Job Coaching or Job Development training.
