Minimum Qualifications: New York State Professional Licensure: Speech and Language Disabilities Initial or Professional CertificateMasters degree from a regionally accredited college or university in Speech/Language Pathology preferredASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferredThe Galway Central School District has a full-time position for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) beginning January 4, 2026. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Completes in-depth diagnostic evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilitiesFollows students’ IEP to plan and implement speech and language activities, monitor student progress, and provide IEP updates during the school year. Utilizes effective crisis intervention and behavior management techniquesApplicants must upload the following documents: (a) Cover letter; (b) Resume; (c) Three letters of recommendation; (d) Proof of NYS Certification; (e) Copies of College Transcripts.
