The Gilboa Central School District seeks an experienced, student and community focused leader to serve as our next Superintendent. We welcome applicants with a strong background in all levels of PreK-12 education. Our next Superintendent is a strong communicator who leads with consistency, creativity, integrity, and purpose. An understanding of rural education, a willingness to establish structures and systems, and a drive to expand opportunities for our students are other characteristics our next Superintendent brings to this position. Candidates must possess a valid NYS certification as a School District Leader.The Gilboa-Conesville Board of Education is prepared to offer the successful candidate a salary of $135,000-$145,000 based on experience. A competitive benefits package will be provided.
