Job responsibilities include:Direct Classroom SupervisionOverseeing/Writing Behavior Intervention Plans Leading weekly or bi-monthly 1:1 meetings with staff members to review behavior tracking, data collection procedures, current data, skill acquisition programs, etc.Reviewing and editing weekly summary emailscoordinating with staff to develop a treatment plan, providing general support for families-conducting classroom observations and providing both written and informal feedbackSupervision RBTs and the completion of appropriate documentationFirst Responder to Crisis Prevention Intervention situationsParticipating in Staff Development/Staff Training Progress Reports: providing support during writing and editing reportsThe Qualified applicant will have certification as a BCBA or ABCBA. NYS certification in Special Education or School Psychologist preferred but not essential.
